The Blanc Fumé 2025 by Pascal Jolivet is a vibrant tribute to the origins of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. With this classic cuvée, the estate delivers a pure and masterful interpretation of Sauvignon Blanc. Faithful to his natural winemaking philosophy, Pascal Jolivet lets the terroir speak for itself. This 2025 vintage shines with its tension, aromatic brilliance, and surgical precision. A crisp, chiseled Loire white designed for pure pleasure.
Appearance: Pale yellow, bright and crystalline, with delicate light green reflections.
Nose: Clean and mineral. Struck flint, fresh citrus (lime), and delicate hints of exotic fruits.
Palate: Lively and sharp. A chiseled and energetic substance leading to a beautifully tense and thirst-quenching finish.
This 100% Sauvignon Blanc blends three iconic Pouilly-Fumé terroirs: limestone (finesse), clay-limestone (fruit richness), and flint (structure and mineral tension).
Gravity-fed winemaking and natural yeasts. Aged on fine lees in stainless steel vats to preserve absolute purity, with no oak influence whatsoever.
Ideal with a seafood platter, fresh oysters, smoked trout, or regional goat cheeses like Crottin de Chavignol.
A crisp wine to enjoy today or within 3 to 4 years. Serve well chilled between 10 and 11°C to fully enjoy its refreshing character.
