Timeless and complex, Pouilly Fumé is grown on a blend of 50% limestone which brings minerality and finesse, 30% flint which brings structure and 20% clay-limestone which brings fruit and richness. The impressive complexity and the finish of incredible length are the two characteristics of this wine after tasting it!
