Enira is a Bulgarian wine owned by Stephan Von Neipperg who also owns several classified growths in Saint Emilion including Château Canon la Gaffelière, associated with Karl Hauptmann.

Enira Reserva 2016 vintage is the first wine of the property is produced with the finest grapes, the oldest vines and the best vintages of the property, under the direction of Marc Dworkin renowned oenologist Bordeaux.

Enira Reserva 2016 vintage is made from a blend of 25% Bordeaux varietals   Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, aged for 18 months in French barrels.

It is a wine characterized by its balance and finesse.

Color : Bright color, intense garnet.

Noze : Nose berries, plum and nuts elegantly associated with oak.

In the mouth : The body is powerful, juicy and spicy, perfectly balanced and with velvet tannins. The finish is long and memorable with notes of chocolate and vanilla.

The advice of 12bouteilles : This wine will pair perfectly with red meats such as beef and lamb or poultry. Open at least 2 hours before tasting.
