Clos de l'Oratoire 2016

Bordeaux - Saint-Émilion - Cru Classé - Red Wine -

Clos de L'oratoire, Grand Cru Classé Saint Emilion is the property of Count Von Neipperg, also owners of the Château Canon La Gafelliere and Mondotte, both Grand Cru Classé B of Saint Emilion. The vineyard of Clos de l'Oratoire is located on the northeast hillside of the appellation.

Made from a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, these grape varieties offer the 2016 vintage Clos de l'oratoire a beautiful roundness and great aromatic complexity.

Clos de l'oratoire 2016 is adorned with a beautiful garnet color. Its nose, expressive and greedy, releases aromas of ripe black fruits. On the palate, the palate, fresh and fleshy, has a beautiful intensity, the tannins are silky and velvety. The finish is of a good length.

The advice of 12bouteilles: The 2016 vintage of Clos de l'Oratory has great aging potential. Open at least 1 hour before serving. Serve chilled, about 17 ° C.
