M.Chapoutier : "Les Meysonniers" Crozes-Hermitage red 2021
Rhone Valley - Crozes-Hermitage - Red Wine -"Les Meysonniers" 2021 is an organic red wine from the Rhône produced by M. Chapoutier in the Crozes-Hermitage appellation. Made from 100% Syrah vines at least 25 years old, and harvested by hand at maturity, it is a wine with fleshy tannins, with a lot of greed (floral and black fruit notes) but also very elegant. The name "Les Meysonniers" comes from the name of the first owner.
Tasting notes:
The robe: very intense purplish red
The nose: notes of red fruits, blackcurrant, raspberry and notes of violet
The palate: full and round, with a finish of cooked fruits and vanilla
The advice of 12bouteilles: To be served between 16°C and 18°C, it will perfectly accompany red meat.
