Languedoc - Red Wine -Since 2008, the M.Chapoutier estate produces "Esquerda" on the lands of Domaine de Bila Haut.
"Esquerda", "the fault in the rock" in Catalan, is the expression of the character and identity of a rich and unique region.
This red cuvée comes mainly from superb Syrah, but also from Grenache and Carignan.
This 2016 vintage is adorned with a deep, deep red color. The nose expresses aromas of black fruits, warm spices and violet with light smoky notes. In the mouth, the attack is supple and powerful. The tannins are powerful and tight introduce a final of a beautiful freshness.
The advice of 12bouteilles: To serve between 16 ° C and 18 ° C, the 2016 Esquesda will be perfect with a vegetable pork stir-fry.
