Blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah, picked at maturity, this 2013 vintage is adorned with a deep robe, sustained and shiny garnet color with purple hues. Open, complex and expressive, the nose expresses aromas of very ripe black fruit (elderberry and blackberry) with spicy notes of pepper and garrigue. Nice attack on the palate, the tannins are tight and silky, the palate is greasy and spicy. This 2016 vintage has a beautiful length and airy finale.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Delicious with a piece of beef, serve it between 16 ° C and 18 ° C.
