Mas de Daumas Gassac 2013
Languedoc - Red Wine -Mas de Daumas Gassac 2013 is a great Languedoc wine powerful, complex and greedy. This wine from the south of France is a very nice discovery by out 12bouteilles team that likes wines full of fruit and elegant. This one has a high concentration of Cabernet Sauvignon with many other varieties such as Malbec, Merlot, Pinot Noir and other rare varieties of grape varieties. This is what makes this wine unique! There are nice notes of ripe fruit and roasted cocoa ... We recommend opening it at least 2 hours in advance, at around 18 °. Try it on a leg of lamb with its aubergine gratin, a delight!
