Appearance: Crystalline pale yellow with silvery reflections, reflecting youth and purity.
Nose: Intense and complex bouquet, offering aromas of white fruits (apple, pear) and fresh citrus (lemon, grapefruit), enhanced by delicate floral notes of acacia and hawthorn. With aeration, subtle mineral nuances and light honeyed touches emerge, hinting at the wine’s aging potential.
Palate: Fresh and lively on the attack, marked by finely chiseled acidity. The mid-palate develops into a round and generous texture, where ripe fruit dominates, balanced by discreet minerality. The finish is long and persistent, with a subtle saline and lightly spicy note that adds complexity and prolongs the pleasure.
