Appearance: Pale yellow with bright green highlights, reflecting its youthful character.
Nose: Clean and inviting, with aromas of green apple, ripe pear, and fresh citrus (lemon, orange zest). Delicate floral notes (acacia, hawthorn) join in, along with a subtle stony nuance that adds finesse and minerality.
Palate: Fresh and lively on the attack, with fine tension. The mid-palate develops a gentle roundness without heaviness, supported by well-integrated acidity. Fruit remains at the forefront, enhanced by a subtle mineral backbone that gives depth and length. The finish is persistent, marked by lingering notes of candied citrus, white flowers, and a delicate saline touch.
