The Beaujolais-Villages of the Maison Louis Latour is the blend of 35 terroirs of northern Beaujolais. The granite soils of the region are perfectly suited to the grape variety Gamay, grape variety of Beaujolais wines. The difference between the Beaujolais, Beaujolais Nouveau, Beaujolais, Beaujolais Supérieur, Beaujolais-Villages and Beaujolais Crus appellations depends on the yields produced and the terroirs.
