Louis Latour : Beaujolais-Villages 2013
Beaujolais - Beaujolais-Villages - Village - Red Wine -The Beaujolais-Villages of the Maison Louis Latour is the blend of 35 terroirs of northern Beaujolais. The granite soils of the region are perfectly suited to the grape variety Gamay, grape variety of Beaujolais wines. The difference between the Beaujolais, Beaujolais Nouveau, Beaujolais, Beaujolais Supérieur, Beaujolais-Villages and Beaujolais Crus appellations depends on the yields produced and the terroirs. The Beaujolais-Villages is raised and bottled in the cellars of the Maison Louis LATOUR, at Clos Chameroy.
The 2013 vintage of this Beaujolais-Villages has a beautiful ruby color, a nose of mocha, cherry and violet. The palate is round, full-bodied, with aromas of violet, raspberry, and on the finish the tannins are present.
Suggested culmination: 2016-2020
The advice of 12bouteilles: It will go perfectly with red and white meats, poultry. A lot of finesse on a leg of lamb. Serve chilled between 13 and 15 ° C
