Louis Latour : Beaune 2012 red
Burgundy - Beaune - Village - Red Wine -Beaune is one of the largest appellation of Burgundy. Louis Latour and its emblematic estates: Clos du Roi, Domaine Latour, Aux Cras, ... produced on the surrounding vineyards the city of Beaune an elegant red wine, end high in oak barrels between 10 and 12 months. This Beaune red is an excellent quality / price ratio, gateway to the wines of the Côte de Beaune.
The 2012 vintage of this Beaune red has a beautiful ruby red color. The nose develops aromas of red fruits, vanilla and licorice. The mouth is greedy, charming with an elegant finish. The tannins are still present but well melted.
Suggested culmination: 2015-2025
The advice of 12bouteilles: It will go perfectly with red and white meats, poultry. A lot of finesse on a leg of lamb. Serve chilled around 15 °C.
