Tasting Notes
Appearance: Bright and clear ruby, adorned with light garnet reflections.
Nose: Very expressive. Intense aromas of wild strawberry, cherry, and raspberry, with a subtle touch of aromatic herbs.
Palate: Supple, charming, and velvety. Juicy fruit substance, round tannins, and a fresh, thirst-quenching finish thanks to the altitude.
Terroir & Blend
This 100% Pinot Noir is grown near Aups (IGP Var). At 500 meters altitude, the cool nights allow for slow ripening of the grapes, preserving the finesse and natural acidity of the varietal.
Vinification & Aging
Traditional Burgundian vinification in open vats. Aging takes place exclusively in stainless steel vats for 10 to 12 months (without any oak) to ensure a clean, crunchy, and absolutely pure profile.
Food & Wine Pairing
Ideal with a charcuterie board, summer barbecues, herb pork tenderloin, or Provençal stuffed vegetables.
