In this Chablis cuvée, the Chablis 2024 from the Maison Louis Latour reveals a brilliant and refined interpretation of a great Burgundy white wine, crafted from Chardonnay.
Here is our tasting note:
Appearance: pale yellow and bright.
Nose: floral and expressive, dominated by honeysuckle aromas.
Palate: round and fresh, offering notes of almond and lemon, with a lovely mineral tension and a crisp finish. A wine of superb purity.
The Chablis 2024 is made from Chardonnay grown on Portlandian and Kimmeridgian limestone soils. The vines, averaging 30 years of age, yield around 45 hl/ha. Harvesting is mechanical. Traditional fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by complete malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged for 8 to 10 months in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and fruitiness.
With its lively, clean, and mineral profile, this Chablis fully expresses the unique character of its terroir, offering precise aromas, freshness, and elegance.
12bouteilles' Tip: Serve between 10 and 12°C. Perfect with shellfish, seafood, or fine charcuterie. Best enjoyed within 2 to 3 years to savor its vibrant character.
