MAGNUM Louis Latour : Grand Ardèche Chardonnay 2018
Ardèche - Coteaux de l'Ardèche - White Wine -Proposed in Magnum size bottle, 1,5 liter, the color of this Grand Ardèche 2017 is characterized by a pale golden colour. This wine offers lovely notes of brioche, almond, fresh apricot and vanilla. The ample mouth reminds aromas of almond paste and vanilla. Nice final tension.
Maison Louis Latour produces since 1979 a magnificent Chardonnay in Ardèche. The Grand Ardèche comes from the best parcels rigorously selected each year at the time of the harvest. The white wine is made like a great Burgundy wine, matured in oak barrels for 8 to 10 months before being bottled young to keep all the fruits (green apple, peach, ...) and all its freshness.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Proposed in magnum format, Grand Ardèche 2017 is an aperitif wine that will perfectly accompany a platter of fine charcuterie, shellfish and fish. Serve chilled around 10-12 ° C
