Champagne Laurent Perrier brut 2012 vintage

Champagne - Champagne - Brut -

In the 2012 vintage, the Brut vintage 2012 is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir (50%).

Its pale color reveals very fine bubbles.

The nose first releases aromas of citrus fruits and white fruits such as peaches.

On the palate, the attack is very mineral, flinty, lively and persistent, a sign of a great vinous champagne.

At Laurent Perrier, the Millésimé is the choice of an exceptional year, from which a selection of the Grands Crus of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir will form part of a future iteration of the Grand Siècle.

A rare and exceptional wine that expresses the character of a year in the style of Laurent-Perrier.

The year 2012 was characterized by a cold winter with periods of frost, a delicate spring with periods of frost and hail until June 7th. The summer was favorable to the maturity of the great quality grapes. The harvest begins in mid-September under dry and cool weather, which offers grapes in perfect sanitary condition, with very fine Chardonnays and Pinots Noirs. These high quality grapes reveal a magnificent aromatic richness that predicted an exceptional vintage.

The advice of 12bouteilles: Ready to drink, serve it cool, between 8°C and 10°C.
