Made from a complex blend of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Meunier, the Cuvée benefits from an ideal aging in the cellar. The choice of a high percentage of Chardonnay is at the base of Laurent-Perrier's personality style. More than 100 wines are used in the composition of the cuvée for a result full of finesse, balance and freshness.
"La Cuvée" adorns a beautiful pale gold color. Very fine bubbles feed a very persistent foam bead. The delicate nose releases aromas of fresh citrus and white flowers. The complexity of the wine is expressed on the flavors of peach, vine and white fruits. A perfect balance between freshness and finesse with fruity flavors very present at the end of tasting.
This fresh and pure Champagne is perfect for an aperitif. Its notes of citrus fruits and white fruits, as well as its remarkable balance supported by a subtle effervescence make it an ideal champagne to accompany poultry and fish.
