Champagne - Champagne - Brut -Krug Grande Cuvée 170th edition with box is an emblematic champagne of the Krug house
This 170th edition is created from the harvest of 2014, a year with complicated climatic conditions with an ultimately generous harvest. Made from a blend of 51% Pinot Noir, 38% Chardonnay and 11% Meunier. The particular attention paid to the vine and the respect for the unique character of each plot have made it possible to magnify the full expression of this Edition.
Tasting note:
Appearance: A light gold color and fine, lively bubbles. fine and lively bubbles, a promise of pleasure.
Nose: Aromas of blooming flowers, ripe, dried fruit and citrus, as well as marzipan and gingerbread
Palate: Flavors of hazelnut, nougat, barley sugar, jellied fruit and citrus, almond, brioche and honey.

We advise you to serve Krug Champagnes at a temperature between 9 and 12°C to fully reveal their richness. This great wine can match with a multitude of dishes, the house recommends to enjoy it on a turbot with truffle, grilled shrimp, a jabugo of bellota, mashed artichoke. It can be tasted now, or kept in the cellar, away from the light.
