Sweet wine -This dessert wine, Constance wine is a sweet wine produced in South Africa by the famous winery Klein Constantia.
It is made from an increasingly organic and biodynamic cultivation. The wine has a golden yellow color, on the nose it gives off light aromas of first white flowers, ripe citrus fruits, pale rose water and almonds. The taste is in perfect harmony and the ideal balance between stone fruits, lychee, citrus peels and creamy spicy flavors. It is a wine full of delicacy, the sugar fades behind the power and freshness, a fine and subtle wine with a complex finish.
This wine is made from Muscat de Frontignan grapes.

The colour is a brilliant light gold.
The nose gives off aromas of apricot, spices, sandalwood and bitter orange jam.
On the palate, the acidity and salinity are lively, with flavours of nutmeg, citrus fruit, jasmine, rosewater and spices. Creamy and rich, the palate is complex. Complex texture with delicate woody spices on the mid-palate.
The balance between sugar and acidity is perfect, creating a drier Vin de Constance style. Concentrated and lively, the wine has a long, lively finish with a hint of bitterness.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Drink now or cellar for 50 years! This wine of Constance will perfectly accompany a fruit salad, foie gras or a blue-veined cheese.
