The 2017 vintage is the third vintage to be vinified in the new winery. It is made from an increasingly organic and biodynamic cultivation. The wine has a golden yellow color, on the nose it gives off light aromas of first white flowers, ripe citrus fruits, pale rose water and almonds. The taste is in perfect harmony and the ideal balance between stone fruits, lychee, citrus peels and creamy spicy flavors. It is a wine full of delicacy, the sugar fades behind the power and freshness, a fine and subtle wine with a complex finish.
