Joseph Drouhin : Givry 2013
Burgundy - Givry - Red Wine -The Givry appellation produces red (Pinot Noir) and white (Chardonnay) wines. These are tannic wines with a fairly firm structure that soften after 3 to 5 years of bottles.
The Givry 2013 red from Joseph Drouhin house is a 100% Pinot Noir wine, concentrated, aged in barrels for 12 months with 10% new oak.
It is a wine appreciated by connoisseurs, it has a very good balance between firm, fine tannins and a very long finish with flavors of red fruits.
The advice of 12bouteilles: As it is a powerful wine, it will accompany very well red meat, game. Open 1 to 2 hours before serving and serving at 15 ° C.
