Joseph Drouhin : Chambolle Musigny 2012
Burgundy - Chambolle-Musigny - Red Wine -Beautiful Burgundy Joseph Drouhin house, Chambolle Musigny 2012 is a red wine of great finesse. Harvested by hand in small boxes pierced to protect the maximum fruit.
Its bright ruby color, a nose composed of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry) and a little violet. We were charmed by its balance between freshness and creaminess. Its tannins are silky and a nice long length on candied fruit perfumes.
The advice of 12bouteilles: You will enjoy it on dishes such as game, beef bourguignon, a capon or a roast lamb. The 2012 vintage is ready to drink, air it 30 minutes before serving, between 16 and 18 °.
