Domaine Drouhin Oregon Dundee Hills Pinot noir 2016
Oregon - Red Wine -Produced since 1988, Dundee Hills Pinot Noir is the first wine produced by the Drouhin family in Oregon, USA
Pinot noir is harvested entirely from the Dundee Hills estate of the Drouhin family, which emphasizes elegance, balance and subtlety.
This 2016 vintage produced is well balanced and energetic.
Dundee Hills Pinot Noir is delicious young and will beautify with age. The 2016 season offered a ripe fruit, exceptionally clean and abundant.
This Pinot Noir is adorned with a garnet color with dark hues. The nose releases complex aromas of spices, rose, black cherry, plum and sweet red fruits. The palate delivers delicious flavors of spice, white pepper, black cherry and black berries, framed by tannins.
12bouteilles Tip: Delicious now, Dundee Hills 2014 will dazzle the most patient in a few years. Serve it around 16-18 ° C with duck aiguillettes for a perfect match.
