Famille Perrin : Gigondas, "L'Argnée" Vieilles Vignes 2014 rouge

Located in the heart of the historic village of Gigondas, the vineyard of "l'Argnée" is a small plot of less than one hectare. The vines of Grenache and Syrah, aged more than 100 years on average, have very small yields, the maximum annual production is 1500 bottles. The breeding of wines is done in lightning. The wines produced have a very beautiful aromatic expression.
The 2014 vintage is a very expressive vintage, the wines have a lot of freshness, a complex nose of spicy black fruits. On the palate It is a very fine wine with a nice tannic structure already melted. A lot of generosity in this wine! It is a rare wine, only 100 crates were produced on the vintage.
A wonder that got the score of 93-95 / 100 when tasted by Robert Parker.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Open the bottle at least 1 hour before tasting, serve it a little cool, around 15 ° C. It goes perfectly with poultry and grilled red meats.
