Famille Perrin: Châteauneuf-du-Pape, "Les Sinards" 2019
Rhone Valley - Châteauneuf-du-Pape - Red Wine -In this 2019 vintage, the "Les Sinards" cuvée is a rich and generous wine that will delight lovers of Châteauneuf du Pape.
It is a selection of young vines from Château de Beaucastel and vines from farms.
The robe: clear ruby red

Châteauneuf-du-Pape "Les Sinards" red is a superb red wine from the Rhône Valley produced by the famous house Famille Perrin notably owner of the sublime Château de Beaucastel. The parcel is located in the middle of the hillside, facing north-west, and benefits from a fresh air current thanks to the valley which is located west of the village of Gigondas, and is one of the oldest of the appellation. This superb vintage, dominated by Grenache (60%) and (40%), is made from limestone and marl soils with high proportions of saffron and sand, which give the Grenache a particular elegance and aromatic finesse.
The years in 9 regularly mark the memory of the winemakers and this one seems to be no exception to the rule. After an early budburst at the beginning of April, the flowering was progressive and took place in good conditions in all the vineyards. Then a hot summer began at the end of June, which the vines resisted valiantly. Finally, the harvest took place as usual, without any particular precocity. The wines are full of promise for a vintage in 9 born, once again, under a lucky star.
The advice of 12Bouteilles: Can be appreciated in its youth as well as in the next 5 to 10 years, to be served chilled around 16°C and to be tasted with a veal chop with morels, or a nice lamb breast.
Among the wines of the Perrin family you can also like the famous Château de Beaucastel and in Provence in association with Brad Pitt the wines of Miraval and Studio.
