100% from very old Roussannes, picked up slightly over-ripe, this exceptional wine should be drunk within 2-3 years or in 10 years.
Tasting Note:
The color: deep golden.
The nose: rich and complex offers a bewitching bouquet with notes of toast, peach and beeswax.
On the palate: Elegance takes precedence, the perfect balance between freshness and complexity. Roussanne indeed brings its magnificent richness and opulent texture, perfectly balanced by a superb freshness with beautiful aromas of white flowers, honey, crushed almonds and citrus zest.
The long finish reveals an exceptional salinity specific to Beaucastel and a sign of a great vintage.

The balance is just about perfect, as is the purity of fruit, and this incredible white is one of the top releases in the vintage.
