Tasting notes :
The robe: pale pink with golden reflections.
The nose: an aromatic bouquet of citrus fruits, lemons and white flowers with aromas of sweet spices (cinnamon and vanilla)
The palate: fresh and round attack, with a lot of elegance. The finish is soft and of a beautiful length
The advice of 12bouteilles: To be served very cold, this rosé can be appreciated as much "in the pool" in a big glass with ice cubes as an aperitif as it can be served with a dish such as pan-fried scallops.
