It is produced a single vineyard plot of Bourgogne Aligoté represents an area of 25 ares planted on a clay-limestone soil with the presence of white marl. It is 25 years old and located in the commune of Daix in the Côte de Dijon. The wine is matured in vats for 8 months. It is a micro-production with only 2000 bottles on average per vintage. A very nice organic white Burgundy.
