Thierry Mortet's Bourgogne Aligoté 2019 is a lightly priced single-varietal aligoté, an excellent value in Burgundy. It is produced a single vineyard plot of Bourgogne Aligoté represents an area of 25 ares planted on a clay-limestone soil with the presence of white marl. It is 25 years old and located in the commune of Daix in the Côte de Dijon. The wine is matured in vats for 8 months. It is a micro-production with only 2000 bottles on average per vintage. A very nice organic white Burgundy.

The Robe : Clear gold. 
The Nose : Aromas of grapefruit, green apple, citrus fruits, offering a sensation of freshness
The Palate : It is the freshness which prevails, a very balanced wine which gives desire to open a second bottle
