Tasting note:
The color is ruby red with carmine reflections.
The nose The nose reveals a complex aromatic bouquet of small red fruits, notes of violet and rose, nuances of spices, liquorice and undergrowth.
On the palate, the wine is full, full-bodied and structured with tannins with fine and silky grains.
The advice of 12bouteilles: This Gevrey Chambertin is appreciated in its youth with red meat, a good rib steak, after a few years it is very suitable on meats in sauce and game, as well as with cow cheeses.
