Bourgogne Côte d’Or 2023 from Rémi Jobard is a remarkably precise Chardonnay, offering an excellent introduction to the domaine’s elegant, mineral-driven style. Sourced from quality vineyards in the Côte de Beaune, this cuvée showcases a finesse and purity rarely found in this young appellation. The 2023 vintage shines with clarity, balance and bright fruit expression.
Appearance: bright pale gold with silver tints.
Nose: fresh citrus, green apple, pear, white flowers, wet chalk, almond and a subtle smoky nuance.
Palate: lively and refined, with linear tension. Flavours of lemon, white fruits, light toast and chalky minerality. Long, clean and elegant finish.
Clay-limestone soils from selected Côte de Beaune parcels. Certified organic farming. Natural fermentations. Aging in older barrels and stainless steel to maintain energy and purity. Bottled with minimal intervention.
Perfect with grilled fish, seafood, sushi, salads, roast poultry or fresh cheeses. Serve at 50–52°F (10–11°C).
An outstanding Bourgogne Côte d’Or, approaching the level of a fine Village wine: pure, saline and vibrant. Drink young or cellar 4 to 7 years.
