This Meursault Les Chevalières 2019 comes from the site called “Les Chevalières” and consists of a gently sloping northeast slope made up of limestone and gravel. Fermentation and aging take place in Austrian marmots, 25% new for 12 months.
Tasting notes :
The color: is adorned with an intense lemon yellow color
Nose: powerful and light with notes of brioche, chalk and jasmine and aromas of peaches, citrus and dried fruits
The palate: magnificent mineral framework on a full and graceful structure. Bitterness and citrus fruits are diffused in length for a long finish
The advice of 12bouteilles: It will go perfectly with red meat such as veal.
