Domaine Rémi Jobard : Bourgogne Blanc 2020
Burgundy - Bourgogne Blanc - White Wine -The Domaine Rémi Jobard, wishes to produce precise and exquisite wines, that made him make some changes since 1991 and of his resumption of the domain: the work of the vineyard was made entirely with the hand, and the output was strongly reduced. He opened the vineyard to organic farming. This series of changes brought the necessary fresh air to the Domaine and its wines. In a few years, Rémi Jobard has changed his Meursault vineyard and provided fine wines. This 2019 Bourgogne Blanc comes from a 50-year-old Chardonnay parcel stuck to the Meursault appellation, on clay-limestone soil.

The dress: is adorned with a bright lemon yellow color.
The nose : reveals a harmonious bouquet of orchard fruits with floral and spicy notes, enhanced by a touch of grilled almonds
The palate : a beautiful minerality and tension on a wave of citrus fruits in mouth, lengthening all in length on a lemony final
The advice of 12bouteilles: It will also perfectly accompany fish or seafood with a lemon sauce.
