Burgundy - Red Wine -This Domaine Petit Roy Hautes Côtes de Beaunes "Vignes Vilon" 2022 is a Burgundy red wine produced by Domaine Petit Roy. It is a 100% Pinot Noir wine from vines grown biodynamically on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are harvested by hand and macerated with 100% of the stems and refined in used oak barrels. This Hautes-Côtes de Beaune magnifies the fruit with aromatic precision and great finesse.

The color: rich in color is adorned with a purple color with ruby reflections
The nose: Reveals wonderful aromas of red and black fruits
The palate: We find an elegant wine and at the same time fresh and deep with present and delicate tannins.
The 12bouteilles advice : Enjoy now, serve at 15°C with game or a cheese platter.
Domaine Petit Roy is a very young estate born in 2017 in Chorey les Beaune. It's Seiichi Wang, a young winemaker of Chinese origin who settled in Burgundy with the aim of making very great wines. He has always been passionate about Burgundy wines, notably at the Simon Bize estate, with Jacques Frederic Mugnier, Armand Rousseau and Anne-Claude Leflaive during his lifetime.
Today, he only has 2.10 hectares of vines but intends to expand his estate over time. All of his vines are worked biodynamically as his peers taught him. Its red wines are all harvested in whole bunches in order to maintain a good concentration and provide nice tannins.
