The color: deep purplish red
The nose: fresh and pleasant, peppery notes and aromas of red fruits such as blackcurrant, cherries, almost jammy
The palate: round, harmonious and powerful, the tannins are smooth and melted
The advice of 12bouteilles: will go wonderfully with a nice rib of beef, a duck breast or a nice piece of cheese.
