Made from old vines of about 25 years, this 100% Chardonnay is produced on several parcels in the Peuraine and Saint Martin appellations. The soil is clay and limestone with gravel and sandy limestone. It is a wine that expresses fruity aromas enhanced by a beautiful acid note and is full of freshness in the mouth.

Present in Burgundy since 1570, Justin Girardin represents today the 13th generation at the head of the family estate of 17 hectares, from Santenay to Savigny-Les-Beaune. Each parcel produces a different wine with its own identity. Vigilant to the well-being of his vines, Justin and his teams work in Biodynamics, and intervene only in good time for the maintenance of the vineyard in the logic of healthy agriculture and always more respectful of its environment.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Serve between 10°C and 12°C, it will perfectly accompany fish, seafood and delicate starters. It can be drunk now or in 3 to 5 years.
