Burgundy - Bourgogne Côte d'Or - Red Wine -This red Burgundy 2021 is a red wine produced by Domaine Justin Girardin. Made from old vines of about 50 years old, this 100% Pinot Noir was born in the plains between Santenay and the Maranges vineyards. It comes from several different plots on an almost identical terroir. The soil is clayey, strewn with gravel and limestone pebbles and exposed southeast or southwest depending on the relief. It is a simple wine with red fruit aromas, supple, lively and elegant.

The nose: fresh and elegant with red fruit aromas
The palate: supple, slightly structured, fruity and fresh with red fruit aromas
Present in Burgundy since 1570, Justin Girardin represents today the 13th generation at the head of the family estate of 17 hectares, from Santenay to Savigny-Les-Beaune. Each parcel produces a different wine with its own identity. Vigilant to the well-being of his vines, Justin and his teams work in Biodynamics, and intervene only in good time for the maintenance of the vineyard in the logic of healthy agriculture and always more respectful of its environment.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Serve between 14°C and 16°C, it will perfectly accompany white meats (poultry, quail) as well as terrines and some cheese.
