Rhone Valley - Côte-Rôtie - Red Wine -This magnificent Côte Rôtie is made from 25-year-old vines on granite soil from the Georges Vernay estate. The wine is made from a blend of 95% Syrah and 5% organic Viognier, covering an area of 2.5 hectares. The vines are maintained manually without the use of herbicides or pesticides. After three weeks of smoking to extract all its essence, the nectar matured in barrels for 18 months.
This "Blonde du Seigneur" Red 2019 vintage is adorned with a dark red color, a smoky nose, with aromas of black fruits, black olives and pepper which are highlighted by the floral composition provided by the Viognier. It is a wine with a powerful aroma and good taste. The tannic structure of the Rôtie is perfect, with excellent finesse.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Serve chilled 14 ° -16 ° C. A wine that will go perfectly as an aperitif or red meat dishes.
