Languedoc - Côtes Catalanes - Red Wine -Vieilles Vignes is a red wine from the Gauby estate produced in the IGP Côtes Catalanes appellation. Located in the Roussillon region, the Gauby vineyard covers 80 hectares cultivated in organic farming.
Blend of Grenache, Carignan and Syrah from a hundred years harvested manually, the 2015 vintage adorns a beautiful dress of a deep red. The nose expresses aromas of juniper and lilac with notes of pepper and wild herbs. The palate is fruity, medium-bodied, with racy tannins. The final is an impressive length. A superb vintage!
The advice of 12bouteilles: Let it air at least 1 hour before serving it in a carafe between 16 ° C and 18 ° C. Vieilles Vignes will be delicious with a rib of beef, mushroom risotto ... To drink this year, it can be preserved until 2026.
