Domaine Elodie Roy : Maranges "En Buliet" 2021
Burgundy - Maranges - White Wine -This Maranges "En Buliet" 2021 is a white wine, 100% Chardonnay produced by Domaine Elodie Roy. It comes from a small plot of vines aged about 20 years. Fermentation is carried out in vats, then it is aged for 11 months in French oak barrels of which 30% are new.

The palate: complex, round, with a nice saline tension
Family estate located in Cheilly-Lès-Maranges and Santenay, south of the Côte de Beaune, Elodie Roy decided to take over the family vineyard in 2018 after spending 11 years at Domaine Anne Gros. A versatile woman, she enjoys working in the vineyard, the vat room, the breeding and sharing her passion during private tastings conducted at the estate. Today, she cultivates 10 hectares in integrated culture and produces different wines, including 4 reds and 3 whites.
