Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Deep, dense, and brilliant red with purplish highlights.
- Nose: Irresistibly expressive. Ripe black fruits (blackberry, cherry), notes of garrigue, tapenade. Subtle hints of sweet spices and cocoa.
- Palate: Full, smooth, and fleshy. Caressing, unctuous texture with absolutely round tannins. Juicy, balanced, with a long and spicy finish.
Terroir & Blend
Clay-limestone and gravel soils. The blend is dominated by Syrah, complemented by Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Mourvèdre, uniting the Mediterranean soul with beautiful structure.

Gentle extraction and long maceration. Masterfully aged in vats and barrels to coat the tannins and preserve the fruit's brilliance without excess oak.
