Domaine de Villaine : Rully Premier 1er Cru "Rabourcé" 2018
Burgundy - Rully - 1er Cru - White Wine -"Rabourcé" is a Climate located on the highest and warmest hillside in the North of the area of the Rully appellation and backwards from its neighbours "Raclot" and "Cloux". Produced by the Domaine de Villaine the Rully 1er Cru "Rabourcé" 2018, expresses as many floral notes as lemon and fresh fruit notes. Its mouth is round, as elegant as it is rich in energy and aromatic freshness.
Tasting notes :
Dress : a magnificent brilliant yellow color
Nose: rich aromas of white flesh fruits, chalky notes, verbena and toasted toast, slightly woody due to the winemaking and ageing process
Palate: fine and fleshy, we find the fruity aromas with a very nice aromatic persistence reminiscent of the cherry pit at the end of the mouth.
The advice of 12bouteilles : Serve at around 12°C, accompanied by poultry and certain cheeses.
