As one of the rare estates elevated to the rank of Cru Classé de Provence in 1955, the Domaine de Rimauresq is a true institution. Nestled at the foot of the Maures mountains, it enjoys an exceptional microclimate. The 2025 vintage delivers a masterful interpretation of Provence rosé: a wine of rare elegance, luminous and crystalline, where mineral freshness meets the delicacy of crunchy fruit.
Appearance: Pale pink, diaphanous and luminous, with delicate lychee highlights.
Nose: Fine and elegant. Fresh citrus (pink grapefruit), white flowers, tart red berries, and a beautiful mineral touch.
Palate: Lively and thirst-quenching. Silky substance, perfect balance, and a saline, sparkling, and persistent finish.
Sourced from a schist and red sandstone terroir, this blend marries Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and a touch of Rolle for typically Provençal aromatic complexity.
Cool harvest, skin maceration, and gentle pressing. Aged on fine lees in stainless steel vats to preserve freshness, fruit brilliance, and provide a fine texture on the palate.
Ideal from aperitif to main courses. Sublime with sea bream tartare, grilled red mullet, Mediterranean salads, or Asian cuisine (sushi).
A wine of pleasure, sharing, and elegance. To be enjoyed in the full youth of its fruit. Serve well chilled, between 8°C and 10°C.
