In This 2022 vintage, Domaine de L'Ile Rosé is adorned with a light pink dress. The nose is very expressive with aromas of citrus fruits (fresh tangerine and apricot). On the palate, we find a nice mineral attack with a nice oily expression and a lasting shine.
The blend of this 2022 rosé vintage is made up of 32% Grenache, 31% Syrah, 20% Cinsault, 12% Mourvèdre and 5% Tibouren.
Domaine de L'Ile is located in Porquerolles. It has been certified organic since 2015 and bought by Chanel in 2019.
Today, the Domaine de l'Ile covers an area of 32,3 hectares. It is planted with traditional Mediterranean grape varieties of high quality (Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault et Tibouren). The production is about 150.000 bottles of Côtes de Provence.
The advice of 12bouteilles : Serve at 10-12°C and to be enjoyed with white meat, grilled meat or as an aperitif to make the most of this magnificent rosé.
