Rhone Valley - Ventoux - White Wine -Domaine de Fondrèche Persia Blanc 2021 is a great cuvé of the Domaine de Fondrèche, a reference among the white wines of the AOC Ventoux.
This wine is produced from the oldest vines of the domain and on the most beautiful terroirs. This rigorous selection of parcels is a real revelation of the potential of the estate. The Fondrèche plateau is made up of ancient alluvial deposits, it is a very chalky soil.
The parcel that gives birth to this cuvée is a parcel of old Roussanne vines (100%)
Harvested early in the morning, pressed under nitrogen and without sulfiting, fermented in tuns and then aged in vats for 6 months on fine lees. Bottled on flower day.

A clear robe with bright green reflections and aromas of white fruits, exotic fruits and white flowers.
The mouth is ample, fresh and saline
