Bordeaux - Pessac-Leognan - Cru Classé - Red Wine -Domaine de Chevalier 2019 red is one of the great successes of the vintage in the Pessac Léognan appellation. The wines have a lot of finesse and elegance.
The nose gives off aromas of red fruits such as strawberries and black fruits such as cherries, then scents of undergrowth and vanilla take over.
In the mouth it is the finesse that characterizes the vintage, with a frank attack of red fruits, then a fine woody, vanilla which takes on the fullness of the mouth.
This Domaine de Chevalier rouge 2019 is a beautiful bottle to keep in the cellar for at least 10 years so that it reaches its full maturity.
Blend: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot
The advice of 12bouteilles : Decant at least 2 hours before tasting, this still young wine will go wonderfully with your white meats, poultry and cheese platter.
