This certified organic, biodynamic wine is the result of a blend of the 13 grape varieties of the appellation -with a dominant Grenache- reflecting all the diversity and complementarity of the vineyard's soils and grape varieties.
Tasting notes:
The robe: deep and brilliant ruby
The nose: nice complexity around an aromatic of red fruits like cherry, blueberry, but also animal and undergrowth notes
The palate: crunchy fruit, supple and racy texture, nice freshness
The advice of 12 bottles : This great Châteauneuf-du-Pape will wonderfully accompany a beautiful piece of meat, a game or a fatty fish. 2019 is a very great vintage in the region that deserves to wait.
