Corse - Red Wine -Domaine Comte Peraldi 2019 is part of the greatest red wines of the Ajaccio region. It is one of the most famous vintages of Corsica, one of the best possible quality ratios. The plots are located on slopes of granitic arena, acidic and poor land.
Blending and vinification :
The wine is a blend of Sciaccarello (60%) - Nielluccio (30%) - Carignan and Cinsault (10%)
The vinification is carried out in vats for 16 months.
Domaine Comte Peraldi red 2019 - Tasting note:
Beautiful bright intense ruby color, with glowing reflections, to which some brown hues begin to mingle.
The nose evokes ripe red fruits, and is enhanced by spicy notes (myrtle).
It is a joyful wine, with a greedy mouth, a nice body coating the palate, present but already round tannins, and a generous and fruity finish. A juicy and easy to drink wine.
12bouteilles tip: Serve slightly chilled at around 17°C. Decant. To drink within 5 years to enjoy its fruitiness. Ideal with a lamb meat.
