Rhone Valley - Saint-Joseph - Red Wine -Cap Nord Saint-Joseph 2023 is a red wine in the Saint-Jospeh appellation produced by Domaine Combier. Facing North (altitude 300m) on a very stony granite terroir, this exposure brings freshness and complexity to the grapes from 35-year-old vines. The austerity of the youth of this 100% Syrah gives way to a beautiful smoothness after a few years in the bottle.

The dress: A beautiful intense red with purple tints.
The nose: reveals notes of red fruits and sweet spices.
The palate: full and fleshy, tannins melted and silky, of a great complexity
The advice of 12bouteilles: Decant 30 minutes before tasting! And accompany it with a nice piece of red meat.
Located in the commune of Pont-de-l'Isère, the Domaine Combier produces magnificent wines in the Rhône Valley. A forerunner in organic farming, the estate has 25 hectares of vines, all of which are planted and replanted using massal selection in order to preserve the typicity of the grape varieties. Everything is a question of balance and precision.
