This 2025 vintage of Domaine Gueguen’s Chablis is a brilliant expression of a fine white Burgundy born from the Kimmeridgian terroir of the village of Préhy. Here is our tasting note:
Color: Pale yellow and bright, reflecting its vibrant freshness.
Nose: Refined and fruity, with aromas of white-fleshed fruits and citrus.
Palate: Supple, mineral and perfectly balanced between richness and tension. The finish is long and elegant, truly representative of great Chablis.
This wine is produced with a sustainable viticulture approach (HVE3 certified). Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve purity and minerality, it undergoes gentle pressing, natural yeast fermentation, and lees aging to enhance complexity and mouthfeel.
A fresh and lively wine, ideal as an aperitif, with oysters, seafood, Burgundy snails or fresh goat cheese. Enjoy now or cellar for up to 10 years to reveal even more depth and complexity.
12bouteilles’ advice: Serve between 10 and 12 °C. A fantastic companion to a seafood platter or to enjoy solo. Elegant, mineral and quintessentially Burgundian.
