Pierre Boisson : Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Rouge 2019

Burgundy - Haute Côte de Beaune - Red Wine -

The Boisson-Vadot Domaine, located in Meursault, is one of those hidden gems that any wine lover loves to explore. In the Boisson-Vadot estate, everything is a family affair. Two generations come together, listen to each other and respect each other so that the estate's wines become the main focus. The property is divided into three units: the parents represented by Domaine Boisson-Vadot (3.5 Ha), the son of the entity Pierre Boisson (3.5 Ha) and finally a daughter with the entity Anne Boisson (1 , 5 Ha).

Pierre Boisson's Haute Côte de Beaune Rouge 2019 is a real success combining freshness, minerality and complexity. Certainly a wine with an impressive quality-price ratio.

Tasting note:

The dress: ruby red color with garnet reflections

The nose: complex bouquet of red fruits, violets and hints of liquorice

The palate: the wine is fresh and crisp with a predominance of cherry aromas. The finish is persistent with more mineral notes

The advice of 12bouteilles : It will also go perfectly with red meat cooked on the barbecue, a very beautiful wine for the summer!
